Zusammenfassung
Bei den Synovialitiden bekannter Ursache kommt der histopathologischen Diagnostik ein wesentlicher Stellenwert zu da charakteristische histopathologische oder molekulare Substrate diagnoseweisend sind bzw. sein können. Dies gilt insbesondere für die spezifischen Infektionen und die kristallinduzierten Synovialitiden.
