Zusammenfassung
Nach der Entwicklung des Bangalore Modells das die theoretischen Konzepte von Design Thinking, Service-Dominant Logic und Digitalisierung ins Marketing konzeptionell zusammenfasste, wird in diesem Kapitel das konzeptionelle Modell des Mensch Marketing entwickelt. Das Mensch Marketing ermöglicht, die Zusammenhänge zwischen den Einflussfaktoren der Bangalore Models und dem Mensch Marketing aufzuzeigen und umzusetzen. Voraussetzung des Mensch Marketing ist das integrative Verständnis von H2H Mindset, H2H Prozess und H2H Management. Für alle drei Komponenten des Mensch Marketings werden zunächst die Einflüsse der ersten Modellebene konkretisiert und erläutert.
Der H2H Mindset macht deutlich, dass sich Mensch Marketing nur umsetzen lässt, wenn die beteiligten Menschen einen Mindset haben, der dem postulierten nahekommt. Zunächst wird der Begriff Mindset definiert. Danach wird sichtbar, dass der H2H Mindset auf dem theoretisch vorherrschenden Marketing Mindset als kunden- bzw. marktorientierte Unternehmensphilosophie aufsetzt und diesen erweitert. Dabei wird auch auf den Unterschied eines Growth Mindset und eines Fixed Mindset eingegangen. Außerdem wird deutlich, dass wir von Mindset im Zusammenhang mit den beteiligten Individuen sprechen und von Corporate Mindset als Unternehmensphilosophie, die notwendig ist, damit sich Menschen mit H2H Mindset damit identifizieren können und ihren Mindset ausleben können. Die wesentlichen Eigenschaften des H2H Mindset und deren Konkretisierung schließen die Ausführungen zum H2H Mindset ab.
Der H2H Prozess versteht sich als Weiterentwicklung des Marketing-Mix. Diese Entwicklung wird erstmals in der Literatur (sofern wir das beobachten konnten) kompakt auf der Basis der wesentlichen Entwicklungsstufen dargestellt. Der Marketing Mix wird nicht durch den H2H Prozess abgelöst, aber vor dem Hintergrund der Notwendigkeit einer digitalen Transformation weiterentwickelt. Es wird herausgearbeitet, dass Marketing wieder eine bedeutende Rolle bei der Innovation spielen sollte und dies nur möglich ist, wenn sich das Marketing selbst zum Mensch Marketing weiterentwickelt. Dabei steht die Co-Creation von Wertangeboten in Wertschöpfungsnetzen bestehend aus Produkten, Dienstleistungen sowie zutreffender Wertversprechen im Zentrum der Marketingaktivitäten. Mit diesem Prozess wird ein Wertangebot (weiter-)entwickelt, das den beteiligten Wertschöpfungspartnern eine zentrale Rolle zuweist. Der H2H Prozess führt durch die H2H Canvas, die iterativ und dynamisch ergänzt und weiterentwickelt werden kann. Die Ausführungen zum H2H Prozess schließen mit den Voraussetzungen, welche Unternehmen erfüllen sollten, bevor sie den H2H Prozess bei sich einführen.
