Zusammenfassung
Die Digitalisierung bietet eine Reihe von Chancen in der Entwicklung von innovativen Services. Diese leiten sich aus einem Blick der Wirtschaftsinformatik auf die Service dominierte Logik und die digitale Transformation ab. Es entstehen typische ubiquitäre, intelligente oder kooperative E-Services, die in gemeinsamen Interaktionsräumen stattfinden und dort sowohl einen direkten Value-in-Interaction als auch einen potenziell erhöhten Value-in-Use für servicebegünstigte Akteure bieten.
