Abstract
Pierre Robin sequence is a rare cause of neonatal airway obstruction that requires surgery in some affected patients. The goals of the treatment are appropriate airway and nutritional management. This chapter describes the clinical presentation, diagnostics, and subsequent conservative or surgical treatment of Pierre Robin sequence.
