Selenium-containing heterocycles 3*. synthesis and reactions of selenolo- [2,3-b]pyridine derivatives and related fused tricyclic systems

A new series of pyrido[3',2':4,5]selenolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine derivatives is reported. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analyses and spectral data (IR, 1H and 13 C NMR, MS).
