Alkyl Ketoximes as Analytical Reagents. XXII

Alkylketoxime als analytische Reagenzien. XXII.

The separation and atomic absorption determination of trace amounts of silver in a nickel-copper matte

  • Published:
Microchimica Acta Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

4-Heptanone oxime has been used to separate trace amounts of silver from a reference standard nickel-copper matte. The silver was then determined by atomic absorption. An average silver value of 73 ppm was obtained compared to the recommended value of 66 ppm.
