Summary
-
1.
Infrared absorption spectra have been taken for some substituted aminomethylsiloxanes.
-
2.
The valence vibration frequencies of the C-H bonds have been assigned for the Si-CH3 and Si-C2H5 configurations. We assume the interpretation of the frequencies to be as follows:ν s(CH2) 2870–2880 cm−1;ν as (CH2) 2925–2940 cm−1;ν s(CH3) 2900–2910 cm[−1;ν as(CH3) 2956–2970 cm−1.
