Verwendung der Lyophilisation bei der chemisch-toxikologischen Analyse

Archiv für Toxikologie Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

The extractable poisons have been isolated from biological materials beforehand lyophilized, from blood or from homogenized tissues. The extraction has been achieved with different organic solvents. These extracts were free of unwanted emulsions; after the evaporation of the solvents to dryness a very pure substances have been obtained, which were finally used for the identification and for the quantitative determination. This method has been successfully proved with such drugs like barbiturates, non-barbiturate hypnotics, alcaloids, analgetics and isoniazid (INH) not only in model experiments, but also in the forensic and clinical cases.
