Zusammenfassung
Die Einführung der Farbdopplersonographie in die pränatale Diagnostik hatte sich Mitte bis Ende der 1980er-Jahre auf das Gebiet der fetalen Echokardiographie konzentriert. Mit der Verbesserung der Geräteempfindlichkeit wurde zunehmend die Dopplersonographie der fetalen und uteroplazentaren Einheit unter Hinzuziehung der Farbdopplertechnik untersucht. Dabei konnten Gefäße wie die A. cerebri media leichter dargestellt, die Aa. uterinae zuverlässiger und besser reproduzierbar abgeleitet und andere Gefäße wie A. umbilicalis und Aorta mit einem günstigen Winkel eingestellt werden.
