Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel erläutert die Farbdopplersonographie bei fetalen Herzfehlern. Dazu werden zuerst die technischen Voraussetzungen dargestellt: der Spektral- und der Farbdoppler sowie ihre optimale Einstellung. Danach wird gezeigt, wie sich das normale fetale Herz im Doppler zeigt. Daran schließt sich die Darstellung der häufigsten fetalen Herzfehler an. Dies sind Ventrikelseptumdefekt (VSD), atrioventrikulärer Septumdefekt (AVSD), hypoplastisches Linksherzsyndrom (HLHS), kritische Aortenstenose, hypoplastischer rechter Ventrikel, Ebstein-Anomalie, Aorten- (AS) und Pulmonalstenose (PS), Fallot-Tetralogie, Double-Outlet-Right-Ventricle (DORV), Truncus arteriosus communis, komplette Transposition der großen Gefäße (d-TGA), Obstruktion des Aortenbogens, rechter und doppelter Aortenbogen sowie Anomalien des Körper- und Lungenvenenrückflusses. Das Kapitel schließt mit der Erläuterung der fetale Dopplerechokardiographie zwischen der 11. und 14. SSW.
