Résumé
Dans le cadre de la fistule anale dite cryptoglandulaire (fistula in ano des Anglo-Saxons), l’orifice secondaire est habituellement unique, qu’il se soit créé spontanément par l’évacuation d’un abcès ou qu’il ait été créé par le chirurgien (fig. 1). Nous allons voir dans ce chapitre les différentes possibilités qui s’offrent au proctologue (1) après qu’il a inséré un drainage en séton (du latin seta, pour soie, premier type de drainage utilié dans l’Antiquité).
