De Nederlandstalige bewerking van de Wechsler Memory Scale-IV

Samenvatting

Recent is de Wechsler Memory Scale-IV vertaald en bewerkt voor gebruik in Nederland. [Bouwman et al., 2012] De test werd onlangs uitgegeven door Pearson en is te verkrijgen voor klinisch gebruik. Daarmee heeft Nederland voor het eerst in de geschiedenis een genormeerde batterij waarbij verschillende aspecten van het geheugen en werkgeheugen kunnen worden onderzocht. In dit artikel worden de eerste klinische ervaringen beschreven van het gebruik en de mogelijkheden van deze test.
