Video Transcript
This segment of the video shows dissection of the midline preperitoneal space. The midline preperitoneal space is an avascular space easy to create by separating the parietal peritoneum from the fascia transversalis. This can be achieved by blunt dissection with minimal use of electrocautery and sharp dissection.
