Video Transcript
So we excised the web again with the use of harmonic scalpel. We made sure that the web is excised in the most lateral part. And we avoided dividing the web in the medial part or towards the head of the pancreas, in order to avoid any kind of injury to the abdomen. The web was quite thick and fleshy.
We intended to excise almost 2/3 part of this web so that it does not cause any kind of obstruction in future. So there you go. Quite a bit of web is excised. Some parts needs to be excised more.
So we are leaving behind the rim of the web on the most medial aspect and excising the rest of it. So now the web is completely excised. You can see that the two lumens on either side of the web are in continuity now.
