Video Transcript
We proceed to the identification of the floor of the fourth ventricle. After significant internal debulking of the tumor and dissection of the lower pole, we cut all the small vessels that have been coagulated, and we can identify the white ivory color of the floor of the fourth ventricle, as you can see on the image in the upper left. This is the axis of vision. And you see how large is the tentorial opening and how clear is the difference between the tumor and the floor of the fourth ventricle.
