Definition
Cross-cultural attitudes to CSR refer to the possible responses that different groups (e.g., organizations and stakeholders) may hold toward CSR, based upon shared norms, values, and beliefs. Understanding cross-cultural attitudes to CSR requires addressing the cultural context and the cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of attitudinal responses (Fig. 1).
