Zusammenfassung
Mit der Agar-Diffusions-Technik nachOuchterlony wurden bei 18 normalen und 100 pathologischen Liquores die immunologischen Beziehungen zwischen Albumin,γ-Globulin,α 1-Glykoprotein undβ 1-metallbindendem Globulin von Serum und Liquor untersucht. Es ergaben sich in allen Fallen „Identitätsreaktionen“.
Die mit der Ouchterlony-Methode erhobenen Befunde ergänzen die mit der quantitativen immunochemischen Präcipitation gewonnenen Ergebnisse, die bereits mitgeteilt sind. Es läßt sich danach die hinreichend sichere Aussage machen, daß die untersuchten Eiweiße unter normalen und pathologischen Bedingungen immunologisch identisch sind.
