Der heutige stand der liquordiagnostik

Zusammenfassung

1. Zu dem Inventar einer Liquoruntersuchung gehören auch Permeabilitätsbestimmungen und Feststellung der Lipoidzahl, sowie andere für den betreffenden Fall notwendige Untersuchungen.

2. Es wird auf wichtige Besonderheiten des Liquorbefundes (subnormal, maskiert, gemischt, oszillierend) hingewiesen.

3. Die heutige Bedeutung der Dissoziationen, der Berechnung der Maximal- und Minimalwerte, der dynamischen Liquoruntersuchung und der funktionell-genetischen Analyse wird hervorgehoben.

4. Es werden die Voraussetzungen erörtert, unter welchen Liquorveränderungen anzunehmen sind.

5. Es wird auf neue Fortschritte und zukunftsweisende Forschungsresultate der Liquordiagnostik hingewiesen.
