Abstract
The method of Mikeska and Schmidt is employed to calculate the fluctuation-induced conductivity for dirty, layered superconductors with the magnetic field perpendicular to the layers. The frequency dependence of the ac conductivity is found for small frequencies, and a new parameter is introduced which distinguishes between regions of different apparent dimensionality.
