Abstract
A meter is intended to synchronously record instantaneous values of the current flowing through the studied sample under investigation and voltage drop across it when the law of variation in the current is specified by program. The sampling rate is below 120 kHz, and the current amplitude is below 10 A. When the time constant is 1 s, the measured sensitivity threshold is 2 nV in a 10-Hz to 50-kHz band.
