Zusammenfassung

Vorrangiges Ziel der körperlichen Aktivität bei Patienten mit Koronarer Herzerkrankung (KHK) ist es, die kardiovaskuläre Morbidität und Mortalität günstig zu beeinflussen und ebenso die Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Eine sorgsame Abwägung des Risikos und dem von der körperlichen Aktivität unter langfristigen Gesichtspunkten ausgehenden Nutzen sollte im Vordergrund stehen. Der individuelle Gesundheitszustand eines Patienten dient als Grundlage der Entscheidungsfindung im Hinblick auf die diagnostischen und therapeutischen Schritte im Management der KHK Dann aber auch in der Entscheidungsfindung, ob eine Empfehlung zu Wettkampfsport mit unterschiedlich ausgeprägter statischer oder dynamischer Belastungskomponente ausgesprochen werden kann, oder ob von dieser abgeraten werden sollte.
