Zusammenfassung

Bei der Aufdeckung pathologischer Veränderungen des Achsenskeletts hat sich die CT als äußerst wertvolle diagnostische Methode etabliert. Neben onkologischen und traumatologischen Fragestellungen dominiert von seiten der Indikationshäufigkeit die Abklärung des degenerativ bedingten vertebralen Schmerzsyndroms.
