Zusammenfassung
Aufgrund des Wandels der Arbeitswelt gleicht die Berufsbiografie vieler Menschen heute oft einem Flickenteppich. Sie haben schon sehr unterschiedliche Tätigkeiten ausgeführt, um ihren Lebensunterhalt zu verdienen. Unterbrechungen durch Zeiten der Arbeitslosigkeit sind nicht ungewöhnlich. Ein Beispiel dafür ist Herr G. (Beispiel).
