Abstract
A 65-year-old male with hepatitis C virus, Child-Pugh A cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and three prior chemoembolizations at an outside facility, presented with tumor recurrence. Imaging showed multifocal HCC without vascular invasion or extrahepatic disease (Fig. 70.1).
