Abstract
The object of this report is to survey the development of quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) in biochemistry and medicinal chemistry since the reviews by Cammarata and Rogers1 and Kirsch.2 Other recent reviews3–12 have appeared including those in French4, 11 and German.5
