  • Chapter
Magnetocumulative Generators

Abstract

The first part of this chapter presents a general description of various experimental methods relating to MCG physics and technology, and concludes with a general outline of an MCG laboratory. The second part of the chapter presents important practical aspects of the various technologies that need to be associated with an MCG, either in order to match its output to the load in a particular application or to construct an autonomous very high energy multiplication system.
