Abstract
Long-range distance between functional groups and slow translational diffusion of macromolecules can be determined by the methods of spin-and fluorescence labels measuring the rate of slow relaxation processes (the rate of spin-lattice relaxation 1/T1, for spin labels and the rate of desactivation of triplet-exited molecules 1/Td for fluorescence labels)
