Donors of resistance to potato golden nematode pathotype Ro1 derived from Solanum alandiae card

Abstract

Clones of interspecific potato hybrids resistant to golden nematode have been created on the basis of wild species Solanum alandiae previously unused in breeding. The genetic nature of resistance is investigated by hybridological analysis and PCR marker technique.
