Abstract

The cementation removal of copper from the solutions fabricated during the autoclave leaching of sulfide zinc concentrates using the rotating disc procedure is investigated. A negative effect of lignosulfonates on the process rate is shown, its kinetic characteristics are determined, and assumptions on the possible causes of lowering the cementation rate are expressed.
