Abstract
CaCu3Ti4O12 is prepared by means of solid-state sintering. The effect of thermobaric treatment (P = 8.0 GPa and T = 1100°C) and partial replacement of titanium by vanadium on the microstructure and dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 are investigated.
