Abstract
A generalized model of inhomogeneity of surface sites is proposed for adequate description of adsorption gases (CO2, CH4, CO, N2, SO2, H2S, C3H8) on spherical carbon sorbents manufactured according to the process designed at the Institute for Fossil Fuels. The model involves a set of modified Langmuir and Dubinin-Astakhov equations that relate the adsorption to the gas pressure.
