Polyacrylamide-aluminum pentahydroxochloride-urea formulations as waterproofing agents for oil pool

Abstract

Gel-forming polyacrylamide (PAA)-aluminum pentahydroxochloride (APHC) formulaitons were studied as waterproofing agents for an oil pool. The optimal formula and the gelation rate were determined.
