Reaction of vinyl- and allenylphosphorylated compounds with cytisine in aqueous medium

Abstract

We have shown for the first time that the alkaloid cytisine can be easily involved in the reaction of nucleophilic addition with certain unsaturated phosphoryl compounds including vinylphosphonate, vinyl phosphine oxide, allenylphosphonates, and allenyl phosphine oxides in aqueous medium.
