Physical chemistry of barium uranophosphate and uranoarsenate

Abstract

The temperature dependence of the isobaric heat capacity of Ba(PUO6)2·6H2O and Ba(AsUO6)2)·7H2O was measured in the range 80–300 K. The standard entropies and Gibbs energies of formation of the compounds were evaluated. These values were used for description of the dissolution of these compounds in aqueous solutions.
