Abstract

On the basis of the micromagnetic approach, using numerical minimization of the total energy of magnetically triaxial films and exact allowance for all main interactions, including the dipole-dipole one, two-dimensional micromagnetic wall configurations and corresponding energies have been determined for films with surfaces oriented at various angles φ with respect to the crystallographic plane (100). The dependences of the wall energy on the angle φ and film thickness have been determined and shown to differ from the appropriate dependences observed in bulk materials.
