Abstract

A device capable of converting signals with frequencies of >100 kHz into the operating frequency band of an audio card of a personal computer and measuring amplitude-frequency responses of elements in a 100-kHz to 20-MHz band is described. The frequency resolution of this amplitude-frequency response analyzer is equal to the product of the frequency resolution specified by the processing program into the compression ratio. The dynamic range is >50 dB.
