Abstract
The magnetic susceptibility of the solid solutions (InSb)1−x (CdTe)x has been investigated. It has been established that for the composition x=0.05 a tenfold anomalous increase in diamagnetism is observed with decreasing temperature. This anomaly can be explained by the appearance of metallic superconducting modifications in the volume of the crystal.
