Determination of Catecholamines by Capillary Electrophoresis-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract

A method for determination of catecholamines (adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine) by capillary electrophoresis-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry is described. The electrospray operating mode is optimized as well as the system for capillary electrophoresis.
