A Gas–Liquid Cell for Scanning Probe Microscopes

Abstract

The principle of operation and design of a closed gas–liquid cell for scanning probe microscopes from the NT-MDT Co. (Zelenograd, Russia) is described. Its technical characteristics are given. The serviceability of the designed device is demonstrated by a number of examples.
