Abstract

A concentration meter for multicomponent gas mixtures is described. A layer of doped tin oxide (IV) obtained by the technique of magnetron sputtering of a metal target of complex composition is used as the sensitive element of the primary measuring transducer. The meter allows NH3 and CO to be analyzed with an error of 1 ppm and is insensitive to NO x .
