Abstract
The microassembly contains a charging stage, an amplifier with a gain of 1024 (this value can be changed from 256 to 4096 with the help of external resistors), a filter with one differentiating and two integrating circuits (the integration time of each integrating circuit is 4 μs), and a base-level restorer in the output stage. The rms intrinsic noise normalized to the signal level varies from 250 to 300 electrons. The dependence of the noise level on the microassembly input capacitance is ∼1.5 electron/pF for C in < 100 pF.
