Abstract
Formation of the soft magnetic nanostructure in amorphous Fe81−x Ni x Zr7B12 (x=10–40) alloys due to heat treatment is studied by the Mössbauer, DSC and XRD techniques. Annealing the x=40 sample at temperatures 520–580°C leads to the formation of extremely soft nanocrystalline alloy as revealed by the rf-Mössbauer measurements. The superparamagnetic behaviour was observed for x=40 alloy annealed at 620–640°C.
