Abstract

The electronic unit and construction of a two-coordinate steerable mirror with piezoelectric actuators is described. The basic parameters of the steerable mirror are as follows: the aperture is 76 mm; the maximum tilt angle is ± 40″, the output voltage of the amplifiers is ±300 V; the actuators" capacitance is 0.5 μF; the bandwidth at the maximum signal is 180 Hz; and the first mechanical resonance frequency is 2 kHz.
