Abstract
A method is considered for increasing the accuracy of determining the variance and correlation coefficient of the parameters of manufactured products. It is confirmed that it is efficient to utilize an autocorrelation coefficient in order to analyze the variance of the parameters of such products and a correlation coefficient under conditions of large measurement errors.
