Abstract
The process of enzyme treatment of unbleached kraft pulp was investigated and a topochemical kinetic model was established. The possibility for process description by the modified Prout-Tompkins equation were analyzed. It was shown that the energy characteristics of the xylan-enzyme complex are the same on the surface and inside of the capillary system of fibre matrix.
