Abstract

A charge amplifier with active in-phase interference suppression is intended for investigations at impact loads accompanied by high-level noises. To suppress low-frequency in-phase interfering signals, a compensation circuit with a differential amplifier is used, and, to suppress high-frequency ones, an input longitudinal transformer is used. The sensitivity of the amplifier is 0.25 mV/pC, in-phase interference suppression factor is 40 dB at an input cable length of ∼100 m.
