Abstract
Relationships between the entropy of formation (TΔf S o) of aqueous complex anions and simple parameters, such as negative value of the charge of the species, the number of oxygen atoms, the total number of atoms, the natural logarithm of the molecular weight, denticity, total number of anions in certain species, coordination number, and number of affixed waters were studied and discussed. Multivariate methods of analysis were used for identifying the chemometric similarities among different species.
