Optimization of the use of versions of photodetector matrices for instruments with a charged coupling

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

With the aim of optimizing the application of photodetector matrices, analysis is performed for the working frequency range, quantum efficiency, capacity of a potential well, dynamic range, noise and speed of reading, the relative signal, i.e., noise. Examples of calculating the main parameters are considered.
