A new cytosporone derivative, dothiorelone P (1), and one known analog, dothiorelone E (2), were isolated from fermentation culture of the mangrove-derived fungus Dothiorella sp. ML002. Their structures were identified by comprehensive analyses of 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS spectroscopic data. Compound 2 exhibited inhibitory activity against Candida albicans with the MIC value of 6.25 μg/mL.
