The original version of this article unfortunately contained several errors.

The first sentence in the section “Statistical analysis” in “Patients and methods” should read “Statistical comparisons were performed using the chi-square test and Fisher’s exact test”, not “Statistical comparisons were performed using Fisher’s exact test”.
